A draft proposal regarding the disposition of the frozen assets of millions of persons who died without positive identification as a result of the Nazi holocaust will be submitted to the U.H. General Assembly next month by the Economic and Social Council, it was announced here today.
At the same time the Council urged U.N. Secretary-General Trygve Lio to contact the International Refugee Organization and other competent bodies to out through the red tape in order to assure a speedy solution of the problem, which involves the property of numerous Jews exterminated by the Nazis.
