The Weizmann Institute said today it had received a grant of $45, 000 from the Aerospace Research Office of the United States Air Force to support a study dealing with the resistance of organisms to foreign components and means of overcoming that resistance.
Weizmann Institute officials explained that the subject is important in problems of transplantation of organs and other parts of the body from one person to another.
