The forty-sixth annual national convention of the Jewish War Veterans of the United States will open in Buffalo, New York, Thursday, August 28th, it was announced here today by Frederick S. Harris, its national commander. Ten thousand veterans from all parts of the country are expected to participate. The convention will last five days. Among those invited to attend and address the convention are Secretary of State, Cordell Hull, Secretary of War, Henry L. Stimson, Secretary of the Navy, Frank Enoz. Also Governor Herbert H. Lehman.
