U.S. envoy Anthony Zinni reportedly is delaying his return to the Middle East. Israel Radio quoted unnamed U.S. officials as saying Zinni would wait until after Israel concludes internal discussions regarding its relationship with the Palestinian Authority following its recent seizure of a weapons ship.
