The Department of Justice announced that it intends to seek the denaturalization of Paul Novick, editor of the Jewish Communis: daily newspaper “Freiheit” on the ground that he swore to false statements when he obtained United States citizenship in 1927. Mr. Novick immigrated to this country in 1920. Revocation of his citizenship will be sought through the Federal District Court of New York, the announcement said.
