The Hebrew language publication Olam Hadash (New World) for children enters its third year of publication this week, it was announced here today by Asher Wolk, managing editor. He reported that the publication reaches 50,000 children and youth every month. It has subscribers in the United States, Canada, Latin American countries, and a special edition for South Africa.
The magazine is designed primarily for youngsters in the 8-16 age bracket. It is read in Hebrew Day Schools and used for study in the high schools in the Hebrew curriculum. At the bottom of each page the newspaper features the Hebrew words in English translation used in the stories on that page.
