Dr. S. Andhil Fineberg community service director of the American Jewish Committee, sailed yesterday for a three-month visit to West Germany during which he will participate in workshops with German clergymen and editors on combatting anti-Semitism in Frankfurt, Munich, Karlsruhe, Stuttgart. Berlin and Weisbaden. Dr. Fineberg is making the trip under the auspices of the State Department.
