Hungarian newspapers reaching here today report that “the people in Budapest were quite incensed” when an American flier who bailed out of a U. S. bomber which was shot down by anti-air craft fire turned out to be a Jew who had lived in Budapest for many years. The Jewish flier, whose name is not given, is reported by the Hungarian newspapers to have left Hungary for the United States only a few years ago.
