Walter H. Bicringer, president of the United Servide for New Americans, national refugee resettlement organization, and Arthur Greenleigh, executive director, will fly to Europe this week-end, it was announced here today. They will study conditions in processing centers for displaced persons and means of expediting Jewish immigration to the United States under the new Displaced Persons Bill.
