Discussion on how this is to be done is expected to start after the November 6 elections in the United States, according to the report. It was indicated that the United States would not seek any political concessions in exchange for the Hawk sale, such as modifications in Israel’s positions on the Lake Tiberias water project or the Arab refugee problem.
