U.S. Senate and House lawmakers announced plans at a news conference to establish a Presidential Advisory Commission on Holocaust Assets. At the conference, Undersecretary of State for Economics Stuart Eizenstat also announced that a conference on art, assets, and insurance looted by the Nazis, previously slated for the summer, has been rescheduled for November in Washington.
