U.S. senators are questioning a federal agency’s competency in stanching terrorism funding. The United States has failed to freeze the funds of people identified as terrorist financiers by U.S. allies, top members of the Senate Finance Committee wrote in a letter to the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, The Associated Press reported.
