The United States was urged today to halt all E.R.P. aid to Britain by the 12th annual convention of the Rabbinical Council of America.
Urging that the Palestine arms embargo be lifted, the convention delegates also adopted a resolution reading in part: “Our shipping of goods and funds to Britain la in no way different from our shipping of steel to Japan before the attack on Pearl Harbor.” Rabbi Israel Tabak was elected president of the Council.
