U.S. Vice President Al Gore praised the Wye accord and called on Israel and the Palestinians to move forward in the peace process, according to a draft of a speech he is scheduled to give to an Israel Policy Forum banquet in New York. The address marks Gore’s first speech to a Jewish audience since he formally declared his candidacy for the 2000 Democratic Party nomination.
