U.S. Zionist Leaders Greet Latin American Zionist Parley

Dr. Abba Hillel Silver, Dr. Emanuel Neumann and Mortimer May, Zionist Organization of America president, in cables of greetings addressed to the first continental conference of Latin American General Zionist organizations in Santiago, Chile, yesterday stressed the role of General Zionism in furthering the welfare of Israel and the Zionist movement.

In his cable, Dr. Abba Hillel Silver declared that the “increasingly critical situation confronting Israel and our movement on the world scene makes imperative the fullest mobilization of Jewry led by the Zionist movement.”
