The forty-first biennial convention of the Union of American Hebrew Congregations will be held in Cleveland from November 12-15, 1950, it was announced today by Dr. Maurice N. Eisendrath, president of the Union, Origin-ally, it was planned to hold the convention in Los Angeles, but the impossibility of asking proper arrangements caused the change, the announcement stated.
