United Nations Committee to Draft Convention Outlawing Genocide to Begin Work in April

A U.N. committee appointed by the Economic and Social Council to draft an international convention outlawing genocide will begin its work here April 15, it was announced today. The draft will be forwarded to the council which after consideration will send it to the next session of the General Assembly for final action.
