Ambassador Gunnar Jarring, the United Nations special envoy to the Middle East, will come here Thursday for further talks with Israel Foreign Minister Abba Eban. It will be his third visit to Jerusalem since he established his headquarters at Nicosia, Cyprus, last month. He is expected to advise the Foreign Minister of Egypt’s view on how to free 15 foreign merchant ships that have been stranded in the Great Bitter Lake section of the Suez Canal since Egypt closed the waterway last June. Ambassador Jarring will remain in Jerusalem for one or two days.
