Representatives of Metropolitan congregations affiliated with the United Synagogue of America will confer tonight at the Hotel Pennsylvania.
They will consider ways of strengthening the ties between the individual congregation and the United Synagogue, Louis J. Moss of Brooklyn, president, announced yesterday.
