A volume of supplementary prayers and readings for the High Holy Days, by Professor Mordecai M. Kaplan of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, has just been published by the United Synagogue of America, S. Herbert Golden, chairman of the publication committee, announced yesterday.
A syllabus on “The Future of Judaism in America,” by Rabbi Eugene Kohn of Bayonne, N. J., will be published this month.
“Jewish Child Guidance,” by Rabbi Samuel M. Cohen, executive director of the United Synagogue, will be published next month.
During November the United Synagogue will publish unit courses for children in all Hebrew schools and Hebrew high schools, and syllabi for discussion groups dealing with the life and teachings of Moses Maimonides.
