A local court today ruled that a business man who dismissed his “non-Aryan” manager in order to obtain the right to display a sign, “German Shop,” was perfectly justified.

“No one can expect an ‘Aryan’ business man to surrender the right to display a sign on which his existence depends,” the court ruled.

The “non-Aryan” was dismissed when his employer noticed that most of the cigar trade was going to another store which was displaying the “Aryan” sign. When he applied for one, he was informed that such signs could not be issued to men with “non-Aryans” in their employ.
