Pursuant go a resolution adopted at the last meeting of its Executive Committee, the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America has written to Rabbi Meyer Berlin, president of the Mizrachi Organization, and to Abraham Goldstein, chairman of the Agudas Israel, urging them each to appoint a committee of three for the purpose of meeting and working out a program of co-ordinated work affecting Orthodoxy in America.
The Union offers to act as intermediary between the two organizations and seek to establish co-operative effort in those activities carried on by the Mizrachi Organization and the Agudas Israel.
