A French newspaper publisher this city is doing its utmost to infect French-Canadian citizens with the rabies of Judeo-Phobia, declared the Canadian Jewish Chronicle in an editorial in a recent issue.
It carries anti-Jewish articles of the most virulent type and even goes so far as to advise its readers to boycott Jewish places of business. It attempts to show that prominent Jews have made money in business in this city, but forgets to add that every industry headed by a Jew has not only helped to bring prosperity into the country, but has also served to provide work for thousands of non-Jews who might otherwise have swelled the ranks of the unemployed.
