Here on a speaking tour of South America, Dr. Nahum Goldmann, chairman of the World Jewish Congress administrative committee, was today received by President Alfredo Baldomir, Foreign Minister Alberto Guani and British Ambassador Drake. A substantial contribution to the Palestine and overseas relief campaign of 100,000 pesos was made by Ambassador Drake, it was announced.
