After a long discussion, the Vaad Leumi, Jewish National Council, deferred the question of sending a delegation to London, pending fuller information from Pinchas Rutenberg, its president, who is now in London. The delegation is designed to synchronize the political action of the Zionist Organization, especially with regard to constitutional changes, with the sentiment of the Jewish community here, and to enlist the support of world Jewry in favor of Palestine. The second task may require outstanding personalities of the Palestine Jewish community, and it is understood that Chaim Bialik and Chief Rabbi Kook have been approached.
