Paul van Zeeland, president of the Coordinating Foundation, will return to Washington tomorrow for a series of important conferences with foreign diplomats and State Department officials.
After these conferences there will be selected the new countries to be surveyed as possible havens for refugees. Included in the countries under consideration, it was learned, are Brazil and Ecuador.
