Intensive anti-Jewish agitation by Vichy among the Arabs in French North Africa failed to destroy the "confidence and good-will" existing between the Arab and Jewish populations, Pierre Bloch, president of the Committee for Moslem Affairs of the French Consultative Assembly, told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency today. Mr. Bloch said that despite the Vichy agitation, there were no anti-Jewish disturbances by Arabs during the occupation.
