Meanwhile, 17 Jews have been reinstated to citizenship because of their war records. They are Samuel Steinberg, Sneier Avram with his wife and two children, Vladimir Rittenberg, Etienne Gullier, Wolf Levi, brother of a member of the New Zionist Organization executive, Joseph Hochmamn and wife, Coloman Gluck, Raoul Amar, who was killed in the war; Tonel Albrecht, Szlema Rosenholc, Jankiel Batlaj, Jacques Madjar, Jean Tasca, Franceis Vahl and wife, Andre Perebinosoff, Maurice Gubinski and Charles Hertzovitz.
