Vichy Plans Ban on Jewish Parliamentarians, Paris Reports

The German-controlled Paris radio reported today that the Vichy Government had circularized all senators and deputies informing them that a law would be promulgated whereby all parliamentarians of Jewish origin would be deposed. In order to avoid “painful inquiries,” they were requested to make their Jewish origin known if it should be necessary, the report said.
