A village in the Emek Israel in Lower Galilees was named today in honor of the late Henry Monsky, American Jewish community leader. Frank Goldmann, president of British, which Mr. Monsky had served as president, attended the ceremonies. Mr. Monsky also headed the American Jewish Conference, which was organized in the United States during World War II to coordinate all Jewish organizational activities.
