Villages Near Czernowitz Flooded, Jews Suffer Considerable Loss

The villages of Plaesht and Woshkovitz were inundated today when the banks of the Tshermosh River collapsed. The majority of the flood-sufferers are Jews who suffered considerable property loss, it is reported.
