Three Vilna Jews were included in the list of persons decorated by the Polish government on the anniversary of the recapture of Vilna from the Bolshivik army.
The “Monitor Polski,” official government organ, published the list of Vilna citizens upon whom the cross of merit was conferred. The list includes the names of Chaim Epstein, director of a gymnasium, Alderman Adolf Gordon and Saul Trotsky.
