Voters in Somerville, Mass., rejected a resolution calling for divestment of state funds from Israel Bonds. The advisory ballot question, which was defeated by a vote of 7,747 to 3,530, would have directed the local state legislator to support any future bills to divest state funds from Israel Bonds and companies selling military equipment to Israel.
