Dr. Arie Tartakower, delegate of the World Jewish Congress, has appealed to the Argentine authorities to withdraw from circulation and sale all copies of Henry Ford’s anti-Semitic book, “The International Jew.” It was learned here today. He was informed that the question would be studied.

During a visit to the Foreign Ministry, where he was accompanied by Dr. Ricardo Dubrowsky, president of the DAIA, Dr. Tartakowar asked that the United Nations Genocide Convention, which Argentina has signed, be ratified. He was assured that ratification was only a matter of time.
