W. J. C EXPRESSES ANXIETY OVER INSECURITY OF ISRAEL’S BORDERS
The situation on Israel’s borders is so serious that it should be urgently referred to the United Nations Security Council as a threat to the peace, Dr. Noah Barou, chairman of the European executive of the World Jewish Congress, declared here today. Dr. Barou’s statement expressed the “grave anxiety” of the WJC over the insecurity of Israel’s borders and the “growing menace” of Arab-Israel conflict.
