The 57th annual convention of the Jewish War Veterans of the United States will open at the Hotel Chelsea, Atlantic City, on Oct. 15 and continue through Oct. 19. The convention will hear Maj. Lewis B. Hershey, director of Selective Service, and others and will name a successor to national commander Paul Ginsberg from three candidates, Harry Rubin, of Norwalk, Conn, Harry Madison, of Detroit, and Jesse Moss, of New York.
