The warrant for the arrest of former SS Major Martin Fellenz, which was issued last month after remission of a portion of his prison sentence for his role in the wartime murder of Jews in Krakow region, was suspended yesterday by the District Court here. Felenz was found guilty of war crimes earlier this year, but was freed on remission of the remaining portion of a four-year sentence at hard labor. The new warrant had been issued when new evidence became available.
