The discovery of a small size arsenal containing five bombs, a pound of dynamite, a number of rifles, revolvers and cartridges has led to the arrest of a number of alleged terrorists. The police have under observation several suspected places and many fresh arrests are expected in a few days.
Although the names of those taken into custody are being withheld, the police say they are satisfied the local terrorists are in league with others in Berlin and Kowno.
The recent bomb outrages in Krakow and Warsaw are understood to have been traced to the group under arrest. Information leading to the arrest of the terrorists is said to have come to the police through the fiancee of a member of the gang who was tempted by a 20,000,000 marks reward.
