Jewish employers who permit “Aryan” salesgirls to wash dishes after lunching with them will be tried under the provision of the Nuremberg laws prohibiting “non-Aryans” from employing female “Aryan” servants, the Federal Court ruled today.

The verdict was issued in the case of a salesgirl who voluntarily washed the dishes after lunching with her Jewish employers. “Washing dishes is a part of domestic work in the household,” the decision said.
