Police were investigating today Nazi vandalism directed against the Washington office of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency.
Nazi propaganda material, bearing a swastika and imprint of the American Nazi Party, was taped on the door of the office. Police removed the Nazi material and retained it for use in an investigation which may lead to prosecution. Police authorities indicated that such Nazi conduct was in the area of vandalism and defacement of private property rather than legitimate “free speech” expression.
