Sir Arthur Grenfell Wauchope, High Commissioner for Palestine, returned here today from a vacation in Scotland. It is understood he will take up with the British Colonial Office the question of the proposed representative legislative Council for Palestine.

Norman Bentwich, former attorney general of Palestine, in a lettier to the London Times suggests that in inaugurating a legislative council in Palestine, Jews should be treated equally with the Arabs. Both should have the same number of representatives, Mr. Bentwich proposes.
