Wayne University State Press here has published, under the title of “Onions and Cucumbers and Plums,” volume of 46 Yiddish poems translated and edited by Dr. Sarah Zweig Betsky. Each of the 46 poems appears in the original Yiddish, in an English translation and in a transliteration into the Roman alphabet.
