Weisgal, executive vice-chairman of the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science, attended a testimonial dinner tonight for Mr. Weisgal at the Waldorf-Astoria Hote-prior to his departure for Israel where ho will establish permanent residence. The speakers included Louis Lipsky, Judge Morris Rothenberg, Dr. Nahum Goldmann, and Dewer D. Stone.
