William L. Schloss was elected president of the Jewish Welfare Federation of Indianapolis, at the organization’s 58th annual meeting here last night. He succeeds David M. Cook, who has served in the post for three years. Frank Newman, executive director of the Federation, announced that this year’s campaign has already received $400,000, exceeding the amount raised in last year’s drive.
