The 25th silver anniversary conference of the Jewish National Fund voted today to establish a security village in Israel to be named Nachlath Los Angeles. The conference attended by 1,400 delegates representing 104 organizations, voted to appeal to President Eisenhower for the immediate shipment of arms to Israel. In connection with observance here of National JNF Month, Governor Goodwin Knight and Mayor Norris Pulsen of Los Angeles issued proclamations.
