More than six hundred communities in every State in the Union are expected to join in the observance of Brotherhood Day on Sunday, February 24, the National Conference of Jews and Christians announced Friday. The day will be observed under its auspices.
Civic mass meetings, programs in women’s and service clubs, fraternal organizations, churches and synagogues will endeavor to bring the message of closer understanding and cooperation among the various faiths to a much wider audience than was reached last year.
In addition, a number of national broadcasts will be made from New York in which speakers of the Protestant, Catholic and Jewish faiths will participate.
