A gift of $500 from Mrs. Julius Lang, widow of the late business leader, was announced today by Alfred Shemanski, chairman of the Seattle United Jewish Appeal drive for $15,000.
The sum, largest contribution to the local drive to date, was given in memory of her husband, pioneer Jewish resident of this city.
