The central authorities today overruled the order issued by the Secret police in Frankfurt-am-Main, prohibiting Jewish institutions and individual Jews from displaying Reich colors.
The order was issued yesterday and delivered to the Board of the Jewish Community of Frankfurt-am-Main, stating that “the Secret Police does not desire Jews and Jewish organizations to display the Reich banner.” The Jews were, however, permitted by the Secret Police to fly the city colors.
