The seditious conspiracy trial jury in Brooklyn Federal Court listened today to the reading of a statement made by defendant Michael Joseph Bierne to FBI agents which said that William Gerald Bishop, chief of the 16 defendants, had talked of bombing synagogues in order to incite a revolution which would give him a chance to seize control of the Government.

The statement said that one purpose of the “Action Committee” headed by Bishop was “to coordinate the members of the Christian Front to vote out Jews holding office.”
