The world conference of the International Women’s Zionist Organization concluded here last night with a two-year plan to aid in the upbuilding of Palestine. A budget of approximately $250,000 was adopted to carry out the plan.
Lady Samuel, wife of Sir Herbert Samuel, was elected honorary chairman of the international organization. Hadassah Samuel, wife of Edwin Samuel, Assistant Commissioner of Immigration, was named chairman of the Palestine organization.
Mrs. Vera Weizmann, wife of Dr. Chaim Weizmann, was reelected president.
